By the end of the guarantee period you can, as a VIP client, take advantage of our special offer and sign a technical service contract, which covers all repairs except for damage caused by exterior faults or damage covered by household insurance.
More advantages for VIP clients:
- Weekly service inspection whilst you are absent for just a little extra fee. Do you pay any extra to the insurance company in order to leave your property uninhabited for more that one month at a time? If so you should be able to save the extra cost with Alarma Universal's proven inspection.
- If we find anything abnormal at your property, we will contact you and together we will find the best way of solving the problem.
- Should you have any specific wishes about the service inspection, we are happy to undertake them.
You need to leave your keys only with us, as other persons who need access to your property (cleaning personnel, gardener, handy man, neighbour) can get the keys from our control centre against receipt and your approval.
Inform us of your departure and leave us a telephone number where we can get in touch with you - and you can leave your property with peace of mind.
The technical service contract is paid together with the annual connection fee by standing bank order.
