THE CLIENT 

The client forms the basis of our company, NONE OF US WOULD BE HERE IF WE DID NOT HAVE CLIENTS. The client puts his personal security in our hands and we cannot abuse this trust. It is imperative that we work towards building it every day and more importantly continue to maintain it. We have a responsibility towards allaying a client’s concerns, ensuring his security and that of his family. A small mistake can ruin the work of many years, which means losing the client (that in turn means less revenue followed by a reduction in staff). The company cannot allow this loss to happen due to poor performance or unprofessionalism in its employees.
It is our task to demonstrate to the client the peace of mind that Alarma Universal can bring them, because we are a serious company that fulfils all our legal obligations.

In order to fulfil the expectations of each client at all times, it is important to implement a “Professional Client Care policy”.


By professional Client care we understand that we expect a certain level of behaviour from our employees which will ensure the effectiveness of the company at all times.


It is important that we are aware of the role that each employee plays within the group. The basis of our success as a company is teamwork and good team spirit. Good communication internally between departments and individuals is fundamental. The key is to help one another, not to compete. To maintain a solid team, each individual must make an effort and show professional engagement. The work of each individual reflects the whole team (as a chain which breaks if a single link fails).

We must be able to demonstrate that we are professionals who use our initiative. We must be able to anticipate difficult or delicate situations before they occur. To ensure this, it is essential that we pay attention to details and no detail no matter how insignificant it may seem must not be underestimated.


When we deal with others, clients as well as colleagues, it is vital that we are tactful and respectful. We must listen and be able to gather information in order to be able to act quickly and effectively. This is the best way to improve what we do on a daily basis and is what the company expects of its employees. As a result we will end up providing our clients with a higher quality of customer service.
